‘Rory the Rabbit’ is a story of how hard it can be to feel different and how wonderful it is to realise that what makes you different also makes you special and loved.
The story is aimed at key stage 1 and lower key stage 2 pupils but the message is relevant for all age groups and is a helpful prompt for conversations around self-esteem, identity and inclusion.
There are four resources to accompany the story for readers to complete, and content covers Core Theme 2 of the PSHE curriculum for key stages 1 & 2 focusing on friendships and communities. The book and the 4 additional resources are supplied as PDFs in one zip file.
